नई दिल्ली/टीम डिजिटल। काफी कम समय में सबको अपना दीवाना बनाने वाली अभिनेत्री यामी गौतम 28 नवंबर को अपना 30 वां जन्मदिन मनाएंगी। यामी ने 2012 में बॉलीवुड में कदम रखा और जल्द अपनी अलग पहचान बनाई। इन दिनों यामी सोशल मीडिया पर छाई रहती हैं और अपने लुक को लेकर काफी एक्सपेरिमेंट करती रहती हैं। यही नहीं यामी ने हाल ही में सोशल मीडिया पर एक डांस का वीडियो भी शेयर किया था।

- हिमाचल प्रदेश के बिलासपुर में जन्मी यामी के पिता मुकेश गौतम पंजाबी फिल्म निर्देशक हैं। यामी की मां अंजली गौतम एक हाउसवाईफ हैं। यामी की एक बहन है सुरीली गौतम। सुरीली पंजाबी फिल्म ‘पॉवरकट’ में नजर आ चुकीं हैं।

- यामी ने चंडीगढ़ से लॉ हॉनर्स में ग्रेजुएशन किया। यामी का सपना इंडियन एडमिनिस्ट्रेटिव सर्विस यानी आईएएस बनना था। यामी को पढ़ने और इंटीरियर डेकोरेशन का शौक भी है।

- लेकिन 20 साल की उम्र में यामी ने एक्टिंग में अपना करियर बनाने का फैसला लिया और मुंबई आ गईं। यामी ने सबसे पहले टीवी शो ‘चांद के पार चलो’ से एक्टिंग की शुरूआत की। इसके बाद आए उनके अगले टीवी शो ‘ये प्यार न होगा कम’ से वे लोगों के दिलों मे पर छा गईं और अपनी पहचान बनाई।

- इसके बाद उन्होंने कई रियालिटी शो भी किए। यामी ने फिल्मों में डेब्यू कन्नड़ फिल्म ‘उल्लासा उत्साह' से 2010 में किया था। ये फिल्म बॉक्स ऑफिस पर सफल नहीं हुई लेकिन इस फिल्म में यामी की एक्टिंग को सभी ने सराहा था। यामी ने बॉलीवुड में डेब्यू 2012 में किया था और चार सालों में उन्होंने दर्शकों के दिलों में अपनी जगह बनाई है।

- फिल्म ‘विकी डोनर’ में यामी को लीड रोल करने का मौका मिला। इस फिल्म के हीरो आयुष्मान खुराना थे। इस फिल्म में यामी ने एक बंगाली लड़की का किरदार निभाया था जिसे पंजाबी लड़के से प्यार हो जाता है। ये फिल्म काफी छोटे बजट की थी लेकिन बड़े पर्दे पर इस फिल्म ने धूम मचाया था।

- चार साल में उन्होंने कुछ चुनिंदा फिल्में की जो दर्शकों को खूब पसंद आई। इन चार सालों में यामी ने 'टोटल सियापा', 'एक्शन-जैक्सन', 'बदलापुर', 'सनम रे' जैसी फिल्मों में काम किया हैं कुछ दिनों पहले ही आई सनम रे को दर्शकों ने बड़े पर्दे पर खूब सराहा था।
