इस वजह से पूरी रात रोया करती थीं आयुष्मान की पत्नी ताहिरा,कुछ ऐसे बयां किया अपना दर्द

नई दिल्ली/ टीम डिजिटल। बॉलीवुड फिल्म ड्रीम गर्ल  (Dream girl )में अपनी एक्टिंग से सभी का दिल जीतने वाले एक्टर आयुष्मान खुराना(Ayushmann Khurrana) की पत्नी ताहिरा कश्यप ने कुछ ऐसा कहा जिसने सभी को चौका दिया।हाल ही में कैंसर से जंग जीत चुकी ताहिरा कश्यप ने अपनी हेल्थ पर बात करते हुए कहा,'मैंने कभी अपने शरीर, आत्मा और दिमाग को एक नहीं समझा मैंने हमेशा फिजिकल हेल्थ पर ध्यान दिया।

मेंटल तो कुछ होता ही नहीं है तो मैंने खूब एक्सरसाइज की। लेकिन मुझे लगता है कि कैंसर भी मेरे अंदर पल रही नेगेटिविटी की वजह से हुआ। अगर मैं डॉक्टर के पास गई होती तो डॉक्टर मुझे डिप्रेस्ड घोषित करते लेकिन इसकी जगह मैंने रोज रात रोते रहने का ऑप्शन चुना। मैं एक दोहरी जिंदगी जी रही थी पति शूटिंग पर जाते थे और  मैं रात को घंटों रोती रहती थी। सुबह उठती तो सबके सामने एक हैप्पी फेस लेकर जाती ताकि मैं बच्चों के सामने लूजर ना लगूं उस वक्त एक बच्चा दो साल का और दूसरा चार साल का था।'

इस खतरनाक बिमारी से झूझ रही थी ताहिरा
वहीं जैसा कि हम जानते हैं ताहिरा पिछले कई महिनों से कैंसर जैसी खतरनाक बीमारी से जूझ रही हैं। जिस वजह से अब ताहिरा ने कीमोथेरेपी के दौरा अपने पूरे बाल हटवा दिए हैं। तस्वीर में ताहिरा किमो के बाद पूरी तरह से बाल्ड नजर आ रही हैं।

आपको बता दें कि पिछले साल 2018 में ताहिर कैंसर का इलाज करवाकर विदेश से वापस लौटीं थी लेकिन चेकअप के दौरान उन्हें दोबार कैंसर डिटेक्ट हुआ है। इस बात का खुलासा खुद ताहिरा ने सोशल मीडिया पर किया है।
यह पोस्ट सोशल मीडिया पर काफी  वायरल भी हुआ था जिसे पढ़कर फैंस काफी दुखी थें। आपको बता दें, ताहिरा को ब्रेस्ट कैंसर हुआ था। पहले ये कैंसर 0 स्टेज पर था जिसका इलाज करवा कर ताहिरा लौटीं थी लेकिन अब उन्हें दोबारा कैंसर डिडक्ट हुआ है जो की स्टेज 1 पर पहुंच गया है।

WARNING!! Before you swipe left, some pictures might not go down too well with your palette. But I am hoping there is a change in the perception of that one perfect flavour that we have always had. The last couple of months have been an extreme case of metamorphosis for me. And I am not categorising it whether it was from a caterpillar to a butterfly phase or vice versa. I could be the larva or the pupa or any other intermediate stage as each phase is unique and special. But there is a deep sense of acceptance when it comes to the life cycle of this creature. Taking a ‘leaf’ from this caterpillars life, I feel I have undergone a tremendous change mentally and physically too. From my obsession with long hair, associating beauty with rapunzel tresses, and hiding most of the time behind my hair (as I felt secure , lest my crooked nose, or freckles or pimples or simply not so chiseled face isn’t exposed) to losing my hair, wearing extensions and a cap, going bald to now a short crop. I am enjoying every phase because somehow with hair I lost my insecurity, my stupid notion of beauty and my complexes. I don’t know whether I’ll keep long hair or not, in either case I am not going to hide my face. I don’t claim to have refined beauty, but I have changed my own mindset and my biggest victory is changing the mindset and perception of my 7 year-old-son, the next generation. From running to get a cap and placing it on my head when I was losing my hair and had a bald patch to proudly introducing me to his friends when I was bald or now with short hair, I feel I am a part of a change. This post is dedicated to women of all shapes and sizes and to all those posts I get when they fret losing their hair during or after chemotherapy. आपको बता दें कि ताहिरा शॉर्ट फिल्मों की डायरेक्टर होने के साथ-साथ एक प्रोफेसर और टीचर भी हैं। उन्होंने टॉफी बिफोर नाम की शॉर्ट फिल्म का निर्देशन भी किया है। वहीं उनके पति  आयुषमान खुराना के भी सितारें इन दिनों काफी बुलंदियों पर हैं।

ऐसे शुरू की थी आयुष्मान ने अपनी Journey

आपको बता दें एक्टर आयुष्मान खुराना ने ग्लैमर इंडस्ट्री में 17 साल की उम्र में ही कदम रख दिया था। वो चैनल वी (Channel V) पर प्रसारित मशहूर शो 'पॉपस्टार्स' (Popstars) में हिस्सा लेने वाले पहले यंग कंटेस्टेंट थे। इसके बाद आयुष्मान ने साल 2004 में एम टीवी (M TV) के शो 'रोडीज' (Rodies) में हिस्सा लिया जिसे उन्होंने जीता भी था। वहीं फिर वो बतौर रेडियो जॉकी काम करने लगे। बिग एफ एम (Big FM ) पर उनका आने वाला शो 'मान न मान मैं, तेरा आयुष्मान' काफी हिट हुआ था।
